Physical Therapy One is a provider for most insurance companies in the Southwest Michigan area. Our facilities are Medicare certified and have passed site reviews for C.A.R.F. (Commission of Accredited Rehabilitation Facilities). Physical Therapy One will bill primary insurance companies for beneficiaries.
Secondary insurances are frequently billed as well. Insurance billing is a courteous effort and payment for services is ultimately the responsibility of the patient. Physical Therapy One is always eager to assist in seeking payment for service.
